Return Policy

At Good Vibez Kreationz, we respect and value every customer.  Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply: 

• Returns will gladly be accepted within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of crochet and knitted goods which are eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged apparel, embroidery items, crochet and knitted goods that are saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
• We do not accept international exchanges or returns.  

Processing Returns/Exchanges

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.

Returning By Mail (Please request a tracking number to guarantee receipt)

Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each mailed return.
